    Boot from USB???

So, I know htis is probably a lame question but I have not used fusion fo a lonnggg time...

Is it possible to make an application (presentation) that will auto run on a customers pc if it is on a USB stick?

I would like to have an interactive presentation on a USB business cared so that when a customer inserts it in their computer it auto runs, without installing any fules or .dll.

    Any help appreciated ,

    Thanks,

    NAthan

This blog post gives a good guide on how to make a CD which is PC and Mac compatible:

    http://jordan.broughs.net/archives/2008/03/creating-cross-platform-windows-and-mac-installer-cds

This link shows you how to make an autorun CD for PC, which is more straightforward:

    http://www.wikihow.com/Make-an-Autorun-CD

If people have disabled autorun on their PC then you can't override this. Often users will be presented with a choice of what to do, including to open the CD, or to "autorun" it (if the correct files are in place of course).

    I hope that helps :-)
