pictures in mmf2 are not working correctly!

Hi, I have a picture that I put into mmf2 but when I did that some of the color from the picture went away.
Here is a picture of the picture in windows live photo gallery:

Why is this happening and how do we fix this?

its hard to see difference in pictures but the colors on sides of the guy with gun are taken out.

The first problem that I notice is that the frame is too big for the image. If you'll either shrink the image or grow the application size, you'll find that the issue with the dotted lines goes away, since the dotted lines are just the frame boundaries, not a graphical glitch. If that isn't the issue you were talking about, and you are talking about the transparent parts of the images, just change the transparent color by double-clicking on the checkerboard pattern in the image editor and select a color that isn't anything like something used by the image, such as pink or aquamarine. The other option is to un-check the "transparent" checkbox on the object's properties.
