Ahhh okay, thanks Snail. I don't know why I didn't think to do it that way. That's certainly a much better way of approaching the problem. Your example is very much appreciated!

The main reason I don't use the ForEach object is because I seem to recall reading that it's not compatible with all exporters. It's been a very long time since I first discovered it though so I have no idea if that's still true.

It's compatible with pretty much every exporter, but it is broken in some, if I remember correctly.

The one pixel overlap is a problem, and I spent some time trying to remove that issue without any luck. I ended up just using the forEach object for the time being. Hopefully later I can figure something out. Thanks again Snail!

Ahhh, I actually just realized that there's still an issue I'm having trouble with. At no point does it set the object's speed back to 0 (alt value C), so if a box is moved or destroyed all boxes stacked on top of it will begin falling at their previous speed. I haven't been able to find a way to reset the value to 0 without causing other problems to occur.

    Any ideas?

I am still trying to find a solution for this.

I am trying to get squares to fall (while accelerating) and stop once they land on the ground or another square. They shouldn't overlap the ground or another square once they land. The fall speed should also set to 0 when they land.

I have not been able to do this and have tried several different methods, but I've always run into a problem somewhere. The use of detectors and extensions is totally fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
