Will it be possible for this to easily upload data to a location on a web server?

The security this can provide will be amazing! Please look into pop/SMTP/IMAP! We need secure versions so badly!

Yes, it would be pretty easy to implement uploads, as well as various methods of upload. The main one I'm focusing on right now is POST uploads, because of the simplicity of use with scripting on the server side, but FTP and SFTP should be pretty simple.

As far as POP/SMTP/IMAP goes, those will probably not be in the first Alpha, but I can tell that they would defiantly be popular, so I will look into implementing them.

Still trying to nail down the dependency problems, to find EXACTLY what you need to run the extension, as it requires a few of its own libraries (included) but also depends on outside ones, like Visual Studio C++ 2008 Redistributable, as well as a few Microsoft ones.

Might start an official new thread for feature requests and updates here soon, and finish my website so I can have a mirror for it.

The "Extension Development" forum, and this thread since it is in this forum, are for feature requests and beta updates. The "Released Extensions" forum is for full releases and full updates to extensions, though you may need to ask to be given permission to start a topic. At least, this has been the convention the last few years
