Mouse movement 2.5 is bugged

If you use mouse movement you somehow get this weird object that is glitching on the sides of the screen,

If you take an active object and give it the mouse option, when you want to start the frame and move the active around with your mouse ,it will not move normally but there's some force holding it against the side of the screen, and this is just the basic movement

I shouldn't say this ... but I avoid the built in mouse movement ... whew did it.

But yes if you can throw a report in the bug box that would be handy.
