Can't find function

I am trying to do the Nano War tutorial, and I am stuck on this

Step 8. Moving the ship vertically.

Y position of (figther) < 400


I tried all the positions and else I could find, but cannot get it to look like this
When I look in the original file it doesn't tell me either where it's coming from.
Where is this function located?
I looked under the Fighter -> Position but none of them work

When you insert a new condition, right click the Fighter object and choose Position - Compare Y Position to a value. Then in that box, change the dropdown to "lower" and type 400 in the box below.

Guess that's what the problem is... I don't have a Compare Y Position to a value. I have 4 options
1. Select position
2. Swap position with object
3. set X Coordinate
4. set Y Coordinate

EDIT: Nevermind... I right clicked on the new Action, I needed to right click on the existing one... then the menu is different..
