    Questions about Fusion 2.5

Hi, I have several questions about Fusion 2.5 that I hope you can help me with.

I currently own Fusion 2.0 and Fusion 2.5 as well as the iOS exporter. However the iOS exporter is applied to the 2.. version, how would I go about moving it across to the new version, Fusion 2.5?
Can you charge for games released onto the Apple Appstore, royalty free with the base version of Fusion 2.5 (non-dev)?
If I were to upgrade to the dev version is there a discount for owning Fusion 2.5? and what is the price (UK)?
Is it possible to move a project straight across from Fusion 2.5 to Fusion 2.5 dev?

    Thanks for any help.

The iOS Exporter will work on F2.5 without the need to repurchase. You'll just have to register it here on the forum (by going to Settings in the top right), and then download the iOS Exporter patch from the Owner's Lounge.

You can charge for games released onto the App Store, but you'd have to include Clickteam's splash-screen on the app.

If you were to upgrade from MMF2 to F2.5 (or MMF2 Developer to F2.5 Developer), it would cost £25.99. If you were to upgrade from MMF2 Developer to F2.5 Developer, it would cost £194.99.

You should be able to get an upgrade discount if you were to go from F2.5 to F2.5 Developer, but I'm not 100% sure as I haven't seen any posts about it. If it's the same as the upgrade discount from MMF2 to MMF2 Developer, it will be around the difference between the price of F2.5 and F2.5 Developer.

    Hi there

As far as I know, the exporters for Fusion 2.5 aren't quite ready yet but will be made available for 2.5 to everyone who purchased them in 2.0. Never mind - I am a few days behind already...
You can charge for games released with the non-Dev version - take a look at the runtime agreement in the Help section. There's a lot of precise legal terminology there, but in sane terms: Put the provided splashscreen and logo somewhere easily visible in your game to give credit to Clickteam.
There is a discount for upgrading from standard to dev... I don't, however, know what it is.
And yes, projects openable in the standard version will be openable in the Dev version with no issues.

Just install this iOS exporter again to 2.5 I would imagine?

You can charge for games with base versions, but Clickteam wants you to include the company logo and a credit to the software. Clickteam software doesn't have any royalties... as far as I'm aware. Even the logo thing isn't really enforced... but come on, it's a nice thing to give a shout out to the company that made creating your game possible. :p

The upgrade discount to 2.5 is the difference between the two prices. Dev cost - Normal cost = what you pay to upgrade

There should be no problem moving a 2.5 project to 2.5 dev. Dev just opens up a few more extensions/features and allows you to sell your games commercially without any logos/credit to Clickteam. But you won't be able to load 2.5 dev projects into normal 2.5 if you're using special dev only extensions.
