Buying Fusion 2.5 - Upgrade Discount Requests

Just a thought Jeff and its probably a thought for Simon but it might be worthwhile changing the "Registration or Serial Number*" text on the upgrade discount request page to "Request Details including S/N" or something, it may seem obvious but in some of my less bright moments i have put only my serial there without an explanation of what i would like.

Place your voucher in the voucher entry box on your shopping cart page. and then press ok. I still got an error. This voucher does not exists. It was the same voucher from Technicial Support. as you wrote Jeff.
Im still wondering what should happen when it go throw... Im lost now. I think this is difficult for me.

It sounds like you might have the wrong voucher if it doesn't exists.
There are 4 regions
USA
UK
European Union
World Wide

Look at the URL and tell me if it says
https://shop.clickteam.com/world/
or
https://shop.clickteam.com/europe/

if so, can I have a voucher for that as well? I am in the USA
