ClickConverse.exe not work

Sir I download Clickteam's Official Chat Software (ClickConverse) and run ClickConverse then error found "Cannot lode Archive.mfx. This Object might need an external program or library not yet installed"
same for update.exe
I cannot see If you're looking specifically for Official Chat and purchase/upgrade information.
How to Official Chat ?

I did indeed reply in the previous thread, informing you that it was being worked on and would be fixed soon.

For your reference, the chat works perfectly, you are simply missing standard libraries which it uses (most likely one of the Visual C runtime libraries) on your computer. As the functions which use these libraries are not required any longer, they will be eliminated from the next version of the chat and so will not cause this issue.

I must ask you to please respect the forum rules and not keep posting the same question in multiple places, and also to post in the correct location (you originally posted in the ClickConvention thread about this).

If users do not follow these simple rules it can mess up the forums and can be confusing to users. You yourself obviously missed my answer to the previous thread.
