Read text from console?

Hello, I would like to make a program that can read the information from the console, by console I mean:


And the console is NOT created / opened by mmf2's Console Object. (It's the Terraria Server .exe)

How would I achieve this?

I managed to do it, but...
How can I control / create inputs in the application that's running in the Console object?

For example:

I input 1
Server in Console Object sees it
Server selects world 1
