Launch an object (How to control movement)

When using "Launch and object", is there any way to stop or control the movement? If you leave the object movement as "static" there are no options but if you give the object a movement there is no effect when giving it a stop command.

You can try using a bouncing ball movement, that's what i do and it works fine. Just set your launch event like normal, but add the direction to your code that you want it to go in. Then at whatever point you want it to stop, for example like an enemy, player, wall etc just set an event that says when it collides with x object - destroy.
