    "Same effect as previous layer"?

    This may be an absolutely stupid question but here goes... How does the "same effect as previous layer" setting work? I thought it would make a layer get the same effect as the layer placed above it (layer 1 get the same same layer effect as layer 2 etc) but it looks like I'm wrong.

    Tried on both Fusion 2.5 and MMF2 with the same results.

    It's the opposite. Layer 2 gets the same effect as layer 1.
