Cheat passwords

I want a cheat password system for a game I am making that works like this:
1. type the password in the edit box and press enter
2. if the password is correct, it will unlock the corresponding check box for that cheat and clear the edit box
3. if the password is incorrect, it will clear the edit box and do nothing.
I tried to get it to work, but I can't figure out how to get it to check what you entered in the box

1: Make a new condition in your Press Enter event
2: Right click the Special icon and select Compare two general values
3: Click the Recieve data from an object button
4: Rightclick the Editbox and select Get text
5: Now compare that with the correct password
