no soltanto ti permette utilizzare caratteri "Unicode" dentro i tuoi programmi.

per quanto riguarda alle lingue che richiedono di questi caratteri non "ANSI". esempio Cinese, Ebreo, Russo, ecc.

to be use in the idioms that require them and non "ANSI", example Chinese, Hebrew, Russian, etc.
