Uninstall mmf2, or just install on top?

So I still have MMF2 Developer installed on my laptop. I was going to install CT Fusion on to it so I can continue my work on it, since I started working on a game on it. I won't be able to load it on MMF2. So I was wondering, if I install CT Fusion on my laptop does it install on top of MMF2? Or does it install on separate directory? I was thinking of uninstalling MMF2 from it first, then installing CT Fusion. Considering CT Fusion is kind of separate. Or maybe should I just leave MMF2 installed on it, and just install CT Fusion on separate directory? Or would that be redundant to have both installed on one computer?

The new Fusion wont override the MMF2 installation, it installs to a separate directory. Unless you are really low on disk space I would keep MMF2 installed for now, it doesn't take up that much space.

Well...... I just went ahead and uninstalled MMF2 and installed CT Fusion on laptop. CT Fusion seems to be a better version anyway. Not like that I'll need both versions for anything.

That would be my guess as well, I would still keep a backup of your *.mfa and *.mfw files that you've saved in MMF2. Don't just override them with the new Fusion 2.5 version. You won't be able to open them again in MMF2 if you do. I would say it's unlikely you would want to do that, but better safe than sorry.
