How use email object

I found example
Clickteam Fusion Developer 2.5\Examples\Email\ pop3_ex and smtp_ex
I run both but I have big problem

and

SMTP.JPG

But I do not know how use server? What server I use ? and how ?

I would like you to go and read about how email works, and how to set up an email client with your email provider. You really need to understand this before you use the email object, it is just not possible without this basic understanding.
