Formatted Text Object Delete

I just upgraded to Version 2.5 Dev and I am trying to export an old game to Android but it has the Formatted Text Object in it, which is causing the export to fail. So I went in to delete the objects and although it lets me delete it from the physical frame it won't let me delete it from the list object list that shows up beside the frame editor.

Look for a action that is creating the formatted text -- If its still being created you can't remove it from the object shelf.
