Thanks Popcorn. That sounds doable. To split "2D" could be exactly what I searched for. I'll take a look at the String Tokenizer, and I'll have to learn some more PHP. :-)

whatsmyip.org no longer is a text-based website, so I recommend you to use "http://icanhazip.com/". I think there are more text-only for example something like "http://wtfismyip.com/text", the rest I don't remember.

Thanks BartekB for the hint and thanks Jeff, your tutorial gave me the right direction when I started.
I managed to write some php-scripts with it. Don't know why I havn't take a look at your mfa yet.
Especially how to use the Tokenizer is described well.

The data exchange between my web server and the local game works now :-) I just have to try the 2D-split now.

Update:

With changing from the Windows application to HTML5 I was now able to take a closer look at the received data. Indeed the free host added scripts for ads to my php-files. Not nice!

I switched to a paid host. Now the received data corresponds to the expected data :-).
