Cannot download software

Can't track down my hard copy and when I go to the download link from the email I was sent when I purchased, I get "shop has closed." When I try to log-in I get "user not registered."

Note I have purchased 2 copies of the software. This one is for another member of my team under the username "jamespatrickbrowne@gmail.com" order id #207861

Please advise.

Hate to bump, but it's been a couple of weeks. Any mods have an answer to this?

At around the time Fusion 2.5 was released, the Clickteam Shop had a "refresh" which wiped previous purchases and user accounts as it's a new system.

I asked about this because it worried me why I needed a new account when I made a purchase this year.

I would guess the best way to obtain a new digital copy would be to contact Clickteam on their page and provide proof of purchase.
