    Eight Direct movement Troubles

I am making a top-down tank game. In the object editor, I have the picture of the Tank facing each direction. However, when changing direction the Tank appears to "Teleport". I have attached a video to show you what I mean.

If I could learn how to make the tank change direction without teleporting, that would be great.
Thank you for reading my first post.
    Flake.

    Check the hot spot location.
That is where all the graphic pin together so if they are in a different spot on the different directions it will cause your image to jump when you change directions.
