Then all you need to do is to set the iOS Display property to "Fit inside and adjust window size" and resize your frame so that it is at least 768x1363 in size.
The reason for the 1363 size is because that will be the size the the "Fit inside and adjust window size" will resize your window to after it has scaled it.

Here is how I calculated it:
    The iPhone 5 height/width (aspect) ratio is 1136/640 = 1.775
For to turn the iPad 768x1024 resolution into a size that has the same aspect ratio while keeping the width constant I have to enlarge the height to the following value: 768 * 1.775 = 1363

With only the "Fit inside and adjust window size" and the enlarged frame size you should be all set for a cross-device compatible game.

yeah... the width is fine, but the height is not right..
it has a whole black bar to the top part.

I made it 768 x 1363 and it's filling up the Iphone 4 in the emulator and for the ipad it had a whole black bar.

Did it also on my Ipad Air device, and also a black bar at the top.
like the 768 one is not working..

I have an app that is set to 640 x 960
What I want it to do is either stretch in the same ratio for the device
or i've got a large background - i want it to just display more of the background if that makes sense?
Which is tbe best background option to make it work. I can only test it on an ipad 2 and possibly an iphone4 later but not 100%.
    Thanks

From what I understand you should also use 'Fit inside and adjust window size'.

Just be sure to have the frame be large enough. Also only make the frame size larger. Let the window size in your application properties stay the same.

Ok i've sent canvas size to 768 x 1024 and extended the background to that part, but the main app is in the top left now. How do I center it around the content?
