high score ask for player name twice

my problem is

when the player die, the game will ask the player name two times and put them on the highscore table


any idea how to fix it?
or its a bug or something?

I try to make another test game to test the highscore
when I test it on PC its OK
when I test it on my Samsung note 3 I press (show score button) it ask me for name, then show the high score, when I press the (R button) it ask me again about my name and after I write my name it will restart.

check at start is used when you jump from other frame with a score and want to land in high-score frame asking for player and showing the top ten
