To clarify, are you trying to Build and Run from Clickteam Fusion or trying to open the Html5 application after the Build and Run?

I choose "Build" -> "All" Option, then choose Path and Name for project, and after exporting I try open HTML file.

Have you tried uploading it to a regular web server?

    Yes. It makes no sense.
"Unfortunately we could not approve Christmas Tree for the Clay.io marketplace

The reason: Game does not load properly. Be sure the game is uploaded and "path" is correctly set (usually index.html). Currently it's set to: http://testshistmastree.clay.io/Simon's Christmas Tree.html, which returned the code: 404

Please make sure you have everything setup properly before resubmitting "

I'm not sure if this will help, but did you copy the .9999mp3 to the resource folder after you built it. I copy the .9999mp3 from the HTML5 data folder in the Clickteam Fusion Developer 2.5 folder and paste it on my desktop, then paste it also in the resource folder of the build. After that I upload it to dropbox. Then I need to go to the dropbox folder where the game is and copy the HTML code link and paste that into your browser address bar. If you don't have the .9999mp3 in the resource folder, the game won't load/run.
