Quick List Question

What's an easy way to sort the contents of a list to eliminate duplicates?

Lets say you have a list:

dog
cat
fish
cat
bird
dog


How can you make a second list that filters out the duplicate entries?
So you end up with two lists:


dog
cat
fish
cat
bird
dog

and

dog
cat
fish
bird

(the second cat and dog are removed/ignored)

I was going to suggest the same Snail, List's built in FindString is incredibly well optimised, fast loops can be a hassle as the dataset gets larger.
