is it possible to make a speedhack for other applications with fusion?

Yes. You can use the Memory Object for this. I've made a few trainers in the past using MMF. Only downside is that it attaches by process name only, so if you have 2 of the same process running there isn't a way to select which you attach to but this isn't generally an issue with a game.
