    converting Vector Files how?

I have a SVG file, with like 100 images on it.
What do I need to use, to convert them to 100 png files ?
I can't imagine that I need to do this 100 times to save an image?
Did some googling this morning, but couldn't find much.
Except it was converting the whole sheet to 1 png file.

Are there programs that can chop them in the loose images, and resize the images to 64x64 etc ?
    Idk how it all works..

(It's not all the way offtopic since I want the png files in project file )

Use any Vector editing program, like Inkscape (free) then export it to any bitmap format like PNG
And from there, use Photoshop or any image editor to crop and resize them

You might want to learn some about Photoshop actions to automate the cropping process

I would recommend Inkscape. You can create macros for exporting your images in bulk. I wouldn't recommend resizing the images after exporting. Just set the DPI in Inkscape on export. That way they wont end up as a pixelated mess.

I tried Inkscape, unless I am missing something
I can export the file to a PNG, but how to I chop up the png into 64x64 tiles ?

I attached an SVG file, which I can save as a png

But I am confused with that the creator said "The pack should also contain vector files, you can use those to generate 64x64 images"

This may seem like an odd way to export a selection. But its the way inkscape works.

Create a box (any colour) and size it to the required selection size. Adjust the opacity so that you can see what you are overlaying (20% for example). Then set the opacity of the box to 0. Now from the "File" menu select export bitmap. It should already be set to "selection". Adjust the DPI from 90 to increase/decrease the exported size. And click export (remember to set the name before each export). You can leave the export window open while you move the selection to export the other tiles.

Looking at that sprite sheet as the tiles are all different sizes it may be a pain to macro that. Unless you have a load of sheets with the same layout. You may have to manually export the tiles.
