Problem with Movement scrolling up/down

I'm a little lost as of, why the screen doesn't scroll up and down.
It works left and right, but not the other way.

anyone mind to take a peek at it ?

ps. I am sure that the movement, can be a lot easier, as what i have right now (This is what I started a LONNNGGG time again)
and was trying to replace it with the platform movement control, but didn't have much time to see how it's all used,

This is because you have no events setting the frame's camera to any y-position. You have all the events setting the Camera's X-coordinate but nothing for the Y-coordinate

I thought that if your character is always centered. That the rest will move as well?
Even if I remove all the code, and have only a Center object in the middle , and use the Platform Movement object.
It works, but then my jump wasn't high enough, and had some other issues with it.. (Can't remember what those were last night)

You had it centered only on the X-axis of the player not the Y-axis. You have to specify both or specify a certain object for it to follow both axises.
