Help "?" button on titlebar?

Hi. I was just wondering, is there any extension or method that let's you add the 'help' button to the title bar?

Possibly the Kernel extension is capable to manipulate windows in this way:

Thanks for the pointer Gustav! The Kernel extension does do the job.

Some notes for anyone who comes across this:
* The maximize/minimize buttons must be removed first.
1. Select the current window using the extension.
2. Alter with action "Windows Extended Styles" → "Context Help State"

I haven't worked out how, but there's probably a way to capture when it's pressed (for instance, to open a help program) but it was more of a curiosity thing if it was possible.
