Using images and videos (Encryption or add to EXE?)

I'm in the beginning stages of planing out my game.
I want to use images and videos.
I read in one of the manuals it's best to store them in the EXE file but that that could cause the .exe to become large.
Now..if you think of a room escape game of sorts.... are all those images and sounds stored in the EXE?

What would be the best way of storing these but still not have the player have access to these videos for example in cut scenes.
It would kinda ruin the game for the player if they can watch the videos of the cut scenes before playing the game. No?

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

So I've continued looking for ways and searches to accomplish this with Fusion 2.5.
The only info I can come up with is another post posted in 2012 by @MEHRDAD

I'm not sure if a solution was found but I'll try some of the suggestions in his thread. Not sure if any of those extensions will work with Fusion 2.5 anymore though.

I used Archive object for this problem.Add it to frame and tick 'use encryption' at properties. Now you have encryption item at event editor with password.set a pass when you make a zip file from your external files and enter it in
    encryption/encrypt archive with password
Now when you want access to your external files order to decrypt with pass and open that's and when finish it you can encrypt it again.
This way is not complete safety because your file extracted on hard drive in runtime before encrypt again.

Another way is you ruin your file and improve it with binary object.AFAIK this process is in ram no hard drive and is hard to access your files for other peoples

It seems like this could work but it seems that the extension does not work for Fusion 2.5 yet.
