Problem with Color Replacer (Shader)

Hello,
I used Color Replacer shader in my game,

it work very good on my computer, but yesterday i tried to run my game on my laptop and I encounter an error, practically the last three color Teal (T); Purple (P); Olive (O), doesn't work.
In both of my computer I have a Nvidia graphic card, does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

With another computer, apparently, no one of the colors are replaced, but looking closely it seems that the shader replace just one pixel for every color!!
