Question Physics - Ground: Fusion 2.5 Free Edition

    Hi, Clickteam forums

I'm a student that has been using CT Fusion 2.5 at university for an assignment to make a game. Our teacher covered the physics engine and another object called physics - ground, however after downloading Fusion 2.5 at home I can't find it in the object list. Is this not a feature for the free edition? Because I need it to create my platformer type game.

    Thanks in advance -

Sorry the physics-ground extension doesn't appear to be in the free version.

You can still use the regular BackDrop - Obstacle to do your platforms.
They still interact/work with objects with physics movements.

I think the reason it was left out of the free version was because of the 20 or so object limit. Due to the way the object works, you would hit that limit really quickly. Like Jeff said, you can simply use quick backdrops or backdrops instead. You can even use active objects if you want to make moving platforms, though it can be a little bit tricky getting moving platforms to work without glitching a lot.
