Command line switch for Change Resolution?

Does anyone know if there is a command line switch for Change Resolution?

I'd like to offer Change Resolution as an option in my latest game since it runs 5 times faster in that mode which would allow people to play it on older machines. I was thinking about making a launcher executable where you could launch it with change resolution or launch it without it. I really don't want to have to make 2 separate game builds and double the installation size.

This program has what seems like a fastloop non-indexing workaround, most common to fusion 2 users.

it is a management method I use for overview and modular reasons. The loop indexing can be broken in certain circumstances (ie defining a loop with variable). when that occur fusion will revert to the non-indexed method for that frame at least (fusion 2.0 style).
