Question Access network and wifi state

I have a "template" mfa i use when doing new games and I have noticed I have checked the "access network state" and "access wifi state". I dont remember why though and I have been asked by users why they are used. Is there some extension or similar that needs these permissions? Or could I unceck them? I usually use Chartboost and inapps.

    Chartboost requirements:

Minimum API level 9 (Android OS 2.3)
    permission: android.permission.INTERNET
    permission: android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
    Optional permissions: android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

access_network_state is also necessary to check if device is connected, maybe you are using in it
