    Question Enemy AI, need help!

    So ive made an AI before, it uses Bouncing Ball and Physics to follow player, but the bad thing is that this setup only fits if the enemy is flying.

    I need the enemy to notice you at some range, example some kind of wide object which position is always at middle of enemy, and when the Player ventures to enemys line of sight it starts moving towards player. <- This is the part i don't know how to do.

    Like, how can i make the enemy to move towards player? Theres nothing like "Move" Object, which btw would be very nice feature.

    Ive tried ages to get the Enemy moving, but with no luck... Help would be amazing.

    You create an invisible detector for the enemy. When the player get's close, you set the enemy to look at player.
    I made a quick example: The detector is not invisible in this example to give you the idea.

    Thanks, but the enemy needs to stay in ground. It cant move up nor down, as it is in this case an Snail.

    I tried to leave only Left/Right direction to the Bouncing Balls setup, but it didnt do any change :/
