How do I Make Something Happen When You Click and Hold on Object or Zone?

So I am a new member here, so don't call me a noob. So I'm having trouble figuring how to make a click and hold button. Lets say I have a red square and if I click and hold on it, it will turn green. If I stop click and holding, it will turn red again. Can you guys help? Is it easy to do this?
