Thread: ultimate full screen object changing object positions?

    ultimate full screen object changing object positions?

    So I've been using the ufs extension for a while, and I've noticed on most screens it messes with the resolution and makes some objects change position, for example if a title was perfectly in the top left corner of the frame, in another screen it might be lower towards the middle, and this really messes up the game for some people. Any solutions?

    the UFS doesn't move objects... probably what is happening is in order to get the best fit, parts of the window may be cropped/expanded at runtime by the UFS object, so for example hud elements in the top left corner that follow the frame may not appear in the top left depending on the screens aspect ratio. You could test this out by manually setting the position of your hud to adapt to a responsive display... this is all just speculation though.. have you had a look at the example that comes with UFS? that example shows the hud being positioned dynamically.

    I probally wasnt clear enough, or you need an image to understand. http://imgur.com/PIKcx2T,dQlOHlJ#0 the second image is what it appears like to other people, and the first image is whats it supposed to be like (ignore the changed title and buttons, it still gives the same effect and moves it)

    the image doesn't really explain anything, can you post an example MFA of the problem? you need to tell us what settings you're using on the UFS object.. I assume you're setting the screen type to either type 3 or 4?
