    Counters not mothing smoothly

    Hi,

I'm having trouble with creating a HUD for my new game.

It's a top down game that uses scrolling levels in all 4 directions. I've managed t create the HUD ok and it;s a combination of active objects being ued as information and buttons and also counters to provide the data.

I've set it all so that eery .01 second each object and counter set's it's X and Y axis at a certain position in relation to the edge of the frame or from each other.

The objects move with the player smoothly which is what I wanted but the counters bounce around when the frame is scrolling.

Does anyone know how I can fix this or have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any help.

PS. The spazzy way I spelt moving was deliberate and in no way related to beer.

Just uncheck follow frame on any hud elements. Or you can put them all on a new layer that doesn't scroll.
