Special kind of resize application

Hello,
I want to resize my application whenever my customer wants it.
To explain, I don't want any zoom effect when my application is resized, only that all the objects move to their good position.
In the beginning the application size is 800x600. When the guy wants to maximise the application (up to 1027x768 for ex.), object's sizes is still the same, but if one picture was in X=0 and Y=0, I want to ensure that this picture would always stay to this position and just moves on the top left of the new application size.

I tried with Window control object, but ... didn't find my way.
any idea ?

It's ok, I have found a solution !!! I use active system box ... Very usefull !!!
