Set to right of object is jumping

I am trying to have a level bar with a rounded edge at the end. I am always setting the edge to be at the right sided of the level bar, but I have noticed that no matter what I do the object jumping back and forth when scrolling. Do anyone know why this is happening and what can be done to solve it? From all logic I have learned if you adjust positions before scrolling they should be updated when the scroll happens? In the example you can scroll back and forth with D and A keys.

Untick "Follow the frame" in RunTime Options inside the LvlBarCorner active.
