Chartboost Caching working for anyone?

Does anyone else have problem caching Chartboost Interstitial and Rewarded Video ads??

I would like to cache so the timing is better... right now I am at the mercy of the device's Data/Wi-fi speed so my ads pop up ad slightly different times which is not optimal.

Yes, Catching doesn't work for me either.. I can only show the ads directly.
Think this is broke since 284.x Tried lot's of different items, but none of them work.. only Show ad with location "" is working.

hmm not, everything is done as they said, what could it be is that there is not available and as result no cached at that time.

Just a comment chartboost depending the are or location sometimes goes out of ads.

Well, If I use location = "" then it shows, but if i do location = "Default" or "test" or any other name it will not.
it used to work in the past, but not for a long time anymore.. at least for me for the normal Ads. (NOT the video's)
The video's are only once in a while.

This is very unfortunate... I am actually sometimes not loading the video fast enough because we cannot cache... this is a huge inconvenience. Oh, how I wish we could cache...

I know, someone got it to work, but I tried 100+ different ways, and i cannot that that to work..
It used to work just fine in the past.. That's what I wrote my guides on, which i later updated to use "" instead of something between the ""
I used counters, and error traps, and nothing is returned or getting an failed..
I know it's not hard, but for some reason, I cannot get it to work..

The Only thing I can think of now, is that the latest API's are causing it..
I used to built only with API 17/18 .. Maybe I need to look into that direction..
Never thought about that. since I used API 17 and 18 like forever (for over a year)..
I might give that a shot and see what happens, now to think of it... some of my older apps the ad disappeared after I updated it, and didn't change a thing in chartboost..

I will know more in about an 1-2 hours.. Since i need to re-download those API's . only got 22 installed now.. to save 10 Gb of space.

how you are detecting the location when you are caching?

tip if you issue "" you need to check as "Default", this is the answer their server return when someone use empty string for location.

did you try, "MainGame" for example or any other name more according to your game?

Yep.

If I do like

cache "freelevel"
and use on show "freelevel"

then nothing shows.

If I do "Default" and "Default" nothing shows
if I do "" and check for "Default" pretty sure nothing shows.. (Like the original example that was posted by you)

1.
Cache interstitial with location ""
On interstitial located at "Default" cached
Cache interstitial with location ""
- Shows it once, and after that, it will not show anymore

2.
Cache interstitial with location ""
On interstitial located at "Default" cached
Cache interstitial with location ""

On interstitial located at "" closed
Clear Preloaded data
- this one works now. (if I leave the "Clear Preloaded" data out of it, then it will only show once)


3.
Show interstitial with location ""
- Always works. (and this is what i have been using lately)


4.
Cache interstitial with location "demo"
On interstitial located at "demo" cached
Show interstitial with location "demo"

On interstitial located at "demo" closed
Clear Preloaded data
- this one works now. (if I leave the "Clear Preloaded" data out of it, then it will only show once)


This never worked for the longest time..
Could it be since you updated the libs, that everything is working again?
Didn't test this for IOS yet , since it was a huge IOS issue at that time.

please check if your chartboost.zip is 3.8MB in data\runtime\android.

just tested and seems to be working.
