    How to make easy games?

    Hello,

me and my friend are new here. My friend found this software (Clickteam Fusion 2.5, free version) some time ago, but she hasn't found all of the information about it. She would like to find information on how to make easy games. She has seen tutorials on YouTube, but they're mostly about how to make shooting games etc. She thinks that it would be easier if there were only buttons to click and something would happen when you clicked them. She would like to know how to make buttons and how to add what happens when you click them. She hasn't found tutorials about that. So, could someone tell how to do it? Does somebody have more ideas for some other kind of easy games to make?

Thank you for your reply. My friend would like to start by doing something much more simple and then learn about those things you suggested. She is still interested in knowing how to make buttons. She knows that you don't need to know how to program with this software, but she has sometimes tried learning it. She remembers that this is one thing you do in it:

    Here's another example:

    Hello again,
I figured out how to make the button thing, but now my friend has another question: she had planned that a picture would be a button and something would happen when it's clicked. She found an old thread where someone had asked how to make a picture as a button. Someone had told him to choose an active. She figured out how to make a button to play a sound when it's clicked, but when she tried to make another button, it didn't work out as she had planned. She thought that the button No. 1 would play the sound No. 1 and the button No. 2 would play the sound No. 2. Instead, when a button is clicked, it plays both sounds. This is how it looks like:

My friend noticed that there's also this function which was unavailable when she tried to choose it: http://i740.photobucket.com/albums/x...psjcjbnma6.png

She would like to know how to make it to play only one sound when a button is clicked. She has the free version. Could someone help her?

You don't want to use "user left clicks a button"
You want to use "user left clicks on an active" instead, and then select the active you want to use.

    Hey again,
my friend would like to create more easy games, but she has problems with figuring out new ideas. She says she lacks imagination due to the fact that she hasn't played anything in many years. She would like to make simple puzzle games that would be so easy that even a small child could play them. My friend has already figured out how to make a simple labyrinth game, but she would need more ideas. We tried searching for ideas online, but all the games we found were not that easy. The problem was that even though they were easy to play she wouldn't know how to make them. My friend has tried to find instructions here and on YouTube, but she hasn't found anything suitable. Could anybody help her by suggesting some very easy ideas for games? Thanks!

Thank you, Betard. However, my friend here would like to make easy puzzle games. She was thinking about games where the player would need to use his intelligence. She only knows Tetris and Mahjong, but they would be too difficult to make. She haven't used this software much. Hope this cleared up what she is looking for. She would still appreciate your help.
