    Real time streaming in Fusion?

    Hi
Sorry for being abit vauge, as i dont quite understand the technicalities behind real time streaming
How would one go about streaming data in real time in/ to Fusion?

Would say, using the Get Object to fetch data from a server ( assuming thats what the Get Object does ) at regular intervals, be considdered streaming data in 'real time'?

Probably you'd use some sort of actual Socket plugin if you were communicating with a server-- GET is over HTTP and that's not really fast enough.

You could also try the Lacewing extension set,
there are many tutorials out there to get it send raw (binary) data among connected peers,
but you'll need a server to handle the request
(no straigh peer-to-peer unless you do some port forwarding I think)
