    Need help with MODFusion EX

I have ModFX 3 installed, but I'm not sure how to make it play the file.
My current command set looks like this:
Start of Frame - load mod "test.mod" into cache ID 1 - load mod 1 into track 1 - play mod on track 1
And it does nothing. What errors are in this procedure?

Also: why I'm using ModFX 3 when MMF2 has a built in MOD player - the built in player does not loop songs properly and ignores some effects, and I hear ModFX 3 is a more accurate player.

You have to load a module into Cache 0 then use a separate event to load it into the track once it's loaded. Like this:

    Here's a basic example: https://app.box.com/s/15nl2v4dn129nblx1lumetkjpnbu1yg1

Having said that, ModFX 3 is an excellent alternative to the built-in mod player, but it has been superceded by Onu (by the same developer - Josh Whelchel) Onu uses much of the same module rendering engine as ModFx 3 but it's much more stable. I experienced occasional crashes with ModFx 3 but I've never had a problem with Onu. http://www.jwmusic.org/blog/mmf2-onu/
