How do I resize subapp?

Hi, I'm having a problem with resizing subapps. Basically I'm making a 1080p game, (I'm using CF2.5 build R285.1 to take advantage of the new "fit inside black bars" option, which works great in regards to resizing the app), but my problem is that when I run my game on a different resolution display for example 1280x800, the subapp doesn't resize to fit the screen with the rest of my game. I've searched the forums and it seems I have to use the "Window Control Object" to manually resize the subapp, but nothing I've tried seems to work, is anyone able to tell me what events/commands I need to create (and how to implement them) to make the subapp resize with the rest of the game? Any help is much appreciated, cheers
