    Destroying A Frame On Cue

Is there anyway to have it where I am on Frame y; When Button is Clicked -> Jump to Frame x (edit in List Editor)then Destroy Frame y

Or anyway I can have it where a Frame can only be accessed once?

I have a game set up where you can click different options to go to different frames, but once you are done that frame, you return to the main screen. I can't figure out a way to block someone from accessing the same frame twice.

    Thanks for the help.

When the user is exiting the frame, change the value of a Global Value/String or some other value, and only go back to that frame if the value is still set to it's original value.

UPDATE: Oops, the original example is for CF2.5, use the MMF2 version if you need to.
