How to avoid audio ducking of samples?

I currently have a song playing on channel 31, set to be uninterruptable.

Other sounds are playing on the channels below, and sometimes when there are many samples being played at once the audio channel 31 will be "ducked", volume lowered, until the sounds have finished.
Is there a way to avoid this?

Do you have an example .mfa that you can upload? I cannot reproduce the issue here.

I tried reproducing it in a controlled environment, but it does not seem to occur EVERY time.

This usually happens if you try to play 2 sounds at almost the same time. I've never had the issue happen when using separate channels, however.

Not sure if it will help, but you can 'lock' a specific Audio Channel.

Maybe this is a stupid suggestion but hey...the mind is not the strongest at 4.18 am :-D but if you have "always" ----> set channel 31 volume to 100...will that do anything?
