windows tablet issue

I saw a thread a while back almost a year ago about issues with CTF on Windows tablets with touch gestures. I was wondering if any one knew if this was worked on at all? Essentially trying to scroll in the frame editor moves the scroll bar but nothing changes. Also click and dragging to select does not work either. It also is partially doing this in the frame select window as well. The event editor seems to be working for the most part.

also my Wacom Intous Comic Tablet - (Graphic tablet - mouse replacement)
is Not Working perfectly on Fusion2.5.... lots of problems and bugs... one major problem is when I press f8, I need to Double Tap (doubleclick) my pen to register a single mouse click

just conused cause in the thead last year it said these problems were going to be fixed in a upcoming build. That was a year and a month ago now.
