Cannot find my MultiMedia Fusion to download again

When I try to log into the Click Store it says the email address is not recognized. I have contacted Click Team support and they advised me to make a new account, which I did. They also have resent me the serial number and they directed me to the installer in the community passport. I entered the serial number in the box and I have the red symbol but I still cannot find where/how to download the product that I already purchased.

If you have the badge - and you clearly have the badge - you should be able to download it from the "community passport" page

you should see the Fusion software symbol scrolling down the page, and the "download" link (next to "upgrade", "beta versions" etc.)

(btw > Multimedia Fusion - can't see the badge? Or Clickteam Fusion 2.5 - as your red badge?)
