racing team manager game

Hello, I'm new on this forum I wanted ask you: How to make a simple racing team manager game ?
I really cant find any rescources anywhere, Can anyone help me ?

Welcome David,
unfortunately such wide-range questions are often a bit difficult to handle,
as how-tos for whole "genres" of games would involve lots of pages,
and still worse, would be "our" idea of the game - likely different from yours.

The usual suggestion in these situations is:
plan how your game should behave, what the games should "do" in its various stages,
and then split all this project in smaller sections,
so that you can search / others can help you setup things one step at time
