Scroll left or up from start?

Probably a really stupid question
You set your window size
Then on the frame you set the size of the frame but the window size, represented by the dotted lines always starts from y,0,0.
What if you want to do a top down scroller that starts from the bottom of the frame?

not from the frame editor afaik

but you can:

start of frame >>> center display at frame width / frame height
